My method is ==>Lets say u wanna find the square of the number 23 then, 23^2 can be written as 2 | 3 ==> We separate the digits 4 9 (Here we square the individual digits....) 1 2 (Multiply both the digits and then multiply the product by 2 i.e., 2*(2*3)=12, write the 2 in the middle and 1 below 4 and then add them... ) -------------- 5 2 9 If we have say 69 then ==> 6 | 9 3 6 8 1 (6^2 = 36 and 9^2 = 81) 1 0 8 (2*(6*9) = 108) ---------------- 4 7 6 1 ==> that's the answer Though the already given is greaaaattttt..... :) Dude, I have one more method though i liked this one too…
